We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our renowned legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney to make a significant impact by handling complex trust and estate litigation matters. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse clientele. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities
• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes involving wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary duties.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, probate applications, and other related documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to trust and estate planning and administration.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Attend court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to trusts and estates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney.
• Proven experience in litigation and handling complex legal issues related to trusts and estates.
• Must possess an LLM or equivalent advanced legal degree.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional client service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
