Experience:
6-10 years of proven experience in project management
Experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in government or public sector environments
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with government objectives.
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Provide clear direction, support, and guidance to team members
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including government officials, to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that arise
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to address any issues
Process Improvement:
