Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparing and finalizing year end account
Preparation of tax returns
Maintaining clients Books of Accounts which includes processing of Sales invoices, Purchase
invoices, Recording Administration Expenses, Bank reconciliation, etc.
Maintain accounting records and preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly management
accounts as per client’s requirement.
Preparing & submitting VAT returns for the clients within deadline.
Analyzing General ledger, passing reclassification entries and yearend adjustments to
finalize year end accounts of Companies.
Producing required reports and filing accounts with HMRC/Companies House.
Coding the Trial balance into finalization software and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the figures.
Ensuring all the required disclosures are accurately added into the report
Preparing the disclosure checklist in the software and ensuring it is accurate as per the requirement.
Tagging the report and generating ixbrl of accounts.
Preparing timesheets and processing payroll for the clients.
Preparing and filing Self‐Assessment Tax returns with HMRC as per clients requirement.
Communicating and managing the Practice client to manage daily workflow, discussing queries
to ensure the delivery of task in time with zero errors. Candidate should be capable to work
independently with minimal supervision.
Education: ACCA Affiliate/Pursuing (completed more than 10 papers out of 13) (Graduation is Mandatory)
CA‐Inter (Not pursuing studies), CA final anyone group should be cleared if pursuing, Bechlor with experience is mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good written & spoken English communication will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MSWord
• Accuracy, Resilience and Focused approach
