Job Description
This role involves managing clients' financial records, including processing invoices, recording expenses, and preparing tax returns. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, analyzing financial data and communicating with clients to ensure timely task delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for clients, including sales and purchase invoices, administration expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management accounts as per client requirements.
• Submit VAT returns within deadlines and analyze general ledger entries for reclassification and year-end adjustments.
• Produce required reports and file accounts with HMRC and Companies House.
• Process payroll and prepare timesheets for clients.
• Manage client relationships and communicate daily workflow queries to ensure error-free task delivery.
Requirements:
• 0-3 years of experience in UK accounting and taxation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Shift Timing: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
Education: ACCA, CA, ICWA, CA-Inter, M.com, MBA, CMA, CMA-Inter (not pursuing studies)
