Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a UK Government Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the long-term success of our government customers, focusing on healthcare customers in the North-East and Northern region.
Your primary objective will be to define and implement a clear communication plan to ensure consistent and regular customer conversations, gather insights to improve relationships, and demonstrate the value of existing services. You will also be responsible for building a clear vision of the customer, establishing opportunities for revenue retention & growth while maintaining a consistent focus on customer experience & growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and coordinating the resolution of incidents at root-cause.
Driving improvement in Performance KPIs while owning base spend within existing accounts.
Driving Net Promoter Score improvements.
Leading and managing highly engaged cross-functional customer-focused teams.
