In this Role, you’ll get to
Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and in-app activations to stimulate users' enthusiasm for participation.
Assist in building and optimizing user segmentation models, and tailor participation and retention strategies for different user groups.
Create attractive local copy and content, and use multi-channels (in-app push, email, SMS) to accurately reach users and increase activation and repurchase rates.
Be the voice of local users and regularly gather and analyze users' feedback, needs, and pain points.
Act as the key operational link between the European and Shanghai teams.
What you'll Need to Succeed
2-4 years of European user operation experience, and OTA industry experience is a plus.
Have good logical analysis and strategic thinking abilities.
Be fluent in English. Chinese is plus.
