Job Description
Act as a consultant to managers on HR-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
- Work closely with various departments to improve employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback and effective goal-setting for employees.
- Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and create succession plans for key positions.
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics to ensure the organization is developing and retaining top talent.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Implement HR policies and ensure they are consistently applied across the organization.
- Lead HR technology implementations and improvements, such as HR information systems and self-service platforms.
- It requires someone who can act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. Success in this role will depend on strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
Location : Noida Sector 16 (Wework Berger Tower)
On site (work from office only)
Budget : it's open (not fixed for the right candidate)
- This individual contributor role reports to one of the Senior Partners.
- The company works from Monday to Friday (+am to 6pm) and on alternate Saturdays (+ to 3:30 pm)
