We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Communications & Brand team. In this newly created role, you'll work closely with our Graphic Designer and Group Communications & Brand Manager to bring ideas to life across both print and digital platforms.

About the role
You’ll contribute to the design and rollout of creative assets that support our internal teams as well as our B2B and B2C brands. From campaign creative and branded collateral to internal communications and day-to-day design tasks, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a consistent and engaging visual identity across everything we do.
Your eye for detail and love of good design will help keep our visual storytelling clear, consistent, and impactful. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and make your mark in a fast-paced, supportive, and fun team environment.
What You’ll Do
Design print and digital assets across campaigns, promotions, presentations, internal communications, and branded materials
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Communications & Brand team on creative concepts and day-to-day design needs
Work with teams across the business to deliver on-brand, fit-for-purpose visuals that follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across internal, B2B and B2C brands
Revise, finalise, and prepare artwork for print and digital use based on feedback
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Skills and Experiences:
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus a portfolio showcasing your design work (student and personal projects are welcome)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Google Workspace is a bonus
Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, with the ability to apply them creatively across digital and print
Keen eye for detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Approachable and able to develop professional, effective working relationships with internal personnel
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
