Human Resource Stipend based Internship with Universal Tribes
We believe in the empowerment and upliftment of tribal arts. Established in 2017 to create a pavement of opportunities towards the welfare of tribal art, we ensure a platform for our tribal community to flourish in their artistic talents. We, at Universal Tribes, have designed a wholesome working structure and environment to showcase the efforts, passion, and tremendous capabilities of the tribal community. We motivate artists to rise and shine in their respective art and add to the betterment of society. We aim to create a global identity.
Employment type: Internship
Working Hours: Flexible (Minimum 3-4 Hours a day)
Location: Work from home
Duration: 45 days from date of joining.
Jobs and Responsibilities: –
1. Strategic and Analytical understanding.
2. Committed and hardworking
3. Large team management capabilities
4. Good with Communication and team leadership along with a Punctual approach.
5. Regular and Active with the team and Project.
6. Must hire Sales & Marketing interns from different Job sites and social media platforms
7. Maintain an active team of 25+ S&M interns to achieve the best perks.
8. Must be able to motivate and achieve the given projection.
Skills
Required: –
1. Convincing and motivational
2. Business Communication Skills.
3. Influencing and Negotiation Skills.
4. Google and other browsers.
5. Time Management.
6. Knowledge of different job posting and recruiting sites.

1. Experience/Internship Completion Certificate: If you hire and maintain/Manage 10+ active
sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship.
2. Excellence Certificate: If you hire and maintain/Manage 15+ active sales and marketing interns
till the end of their internship.
3. Letter of recommendation and 1000rs stipend – If you hire and maintain/Manage 25+ active
sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship.
Note: If failed to hire and maintain 25+ active sales and marketing interns then no stipend will be
given.
