Human Resources Manager
Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) is looking for a Human Resources (HR)- Manager who will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the Unstop Team. They will be tasked with building a robust team and empowering them with the right tools and resources to be truly Unstoppable.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Managing team, including coordinating and supporting the recruitments & talent acquisition process
• Ensure a healthy hiring pipeline for all teams
• Assist in building and maintaining candidate's database, including referrals
• Communicate, collect details, coordinate for the interviews and selection process
• Conduct research on talent landscape, brainstorm and suggest sourcing strategies
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
• Developing adequate induction and training
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
• Managing succession planning of resources
• Assisting with the performance management and review process
• Efficiently handle a team under them and ensure positive outcomes.
Must Have
• Prior human resource/talent acquisition /Team Handling/work experience
• A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration. (MBA will be a plus)
• Understanding Boolean search and knowledge of hiring and recruitment databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
