We are Hiring For NBFC / BFSI Candidates for Sales and Operations.
For sales Please find JD BELOW:-
• Area/ Geography Mapping .- Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his team members on geography mapping. Should audit and review the progress of area mapping on regular intervals and share the progress report with his superiors.
• Source Relationship Management .- Relationship Management- Is responsible for managing the relationship with all sources of his team and geographic area.
• Joint Calls- Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Source visits and Sales calls.
• Channel Partner Recruitment -Responsible for identification and empanelment of channel partners.
• Team Huddle- Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.
• Team Review -Responsible for implementation and review of sales process, LMS process and dairy function of all team members.
• HSPL Hub Co-ordination - Responsible for coordination with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update status to his team members.
JD FOR OPERATION PROFILE.
Supervision of all the activities done by Non-Sales Staff / coordinators:
• Sanctioning : - File processing by coordinator within the time, Customer Calling, Query resolving, File login at Company, Faster Sanction, keeping a check on TAT for Login Sanction., Checking the Quality of Calls to Customers Processing by coordinators.
• Disbursement: - Customer calling after Sanction of Case, Disbursement Follow-up with Customer Sales force, and Technical Updating for Disbursement, Resolving Legal Queries, and Fixing of Disbursement, Keeping a Check on TAT of Legal Updating, Technical Updating, and Disbursement Fixing.
• Project Approval Creation of Property No, Query Resolving, Builder Appointment, Project Approval, Keeping a Check on TAT of Project Approval.
• LMS Timely Updating of Leads into LMS, Proper Follow-up on the next scheduled action date, Auditing of Leads, feedback status.
