End to end recruitment: Managed entire gamut of recruitment Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, offer closure, offer negotiation, Ensuring timely completion of candidates documentation, avoiding delays and hassles in joining. Sourcing from different job boards like Monster, Naukri, Times jobs, shine and LinkedIn. Review and understand technical and Non technical job requirements. coordinate the walk-In Scheduled interviews. Scheduling candidates for interview, ensuring high conversion ratio. Maintaining a stong candidate database for future references. Role : HR Recruiter Required Candidate profile 1year experience in HR recruiter Good oral and written communication Good communication in English
