We are looking for a Legal Associate to support our legal team in drafting, communication, and document management. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate legal processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drafting & Writing:
- Preparing legal correspondence, contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Proofreading and editing legal documents to ensure accuracy.
- Writing legal notices, emails, and official communications.
✔ Communication & Coordination:
- Handling communication between clients, legal teams, and external parties.
- Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Liaising with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders for compliance matters.
✔ Case & Document Management:
- Organizing and maintaining legal files and records.
- Keeping track of deadlines, filings, and document submissions.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal summaries.

Qualifications:
- LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB from a recognized university
- 0-1 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal team, or legal process outsourcing (LPO)
- Experience with legal research tools (Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.) (Preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory frameworks
