Designation: Business Development Manager,
Formulations - Latam or CIS
• Must have a flair for international business.
• Fair knowledge of the Formulations (FDFs) Market, Management of Operations & Distribution networks in the region of Latin America or CIS.
• Responsible for Budget and Sales Planning, P&L and Compliance along with Strategic planning for Product Commercialization.
• Certification in Spanish or Russian languages is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in the above-mentioned areas, specifically within the profile of International Marketing.
Skills:
• Able to articulate ideas and communicate effectively with the stakeholders.
• Process-driven and System oriented.
• Meticulous and disciplined in timely Reporting according to the set protocols of the company .
• Customer-centric attitude.
• Presentable, extrovert and outgoing in nature .
• Go-getter attitude accompanied with ethical approach towards customers and organization.
• Negotiation and Presentation skills.
