There is an opening for Human Resource Executive
The JD As Below
• Understand the JD and look on Naukri.com, Internshala, LinkedIn, Shine.com etc. for candidates
• Calling candidates, Candidate interviewing evaluation, taking interviews and details of the candidates, Presentation of shortlisted candidates to management
• Make job offer letters, offer negotiations and introduce the candidates to office staff, showing around the office on their joining and proper resource allocation like ID cards, workstations, etc
• Making Appraisal letters, Appreciation letters, Experience / recommendation / leaving letters, Full Final settlements, Salary Slips and taking Exit interviews
• Implementation of Attendance monitoring system - Calculating the days of presence and absence, evaluating late marks of office staff through Biometric attendance system and reporting it to the Accounts department for salary.6. Seeing that good office etiquettes are maintained by all staff. Maintaining Leave applications and verifying Sick leaves.
• Making a yearly Holiday list, Birthday calendars, Birthday posters, sending birthday emails, ordering cake or snacks for the same.
• Planning for a yearly office trip, seeing options, budgeting it and presenting it to the management.
• Maintaining, checking stocks and ordering of stationery, computer, mouse and keyboard, Umbrellas during rains. Negotiating with the vendors for the same
• Policy making implementation. Making company policy and ensuing the same is followed by the employees.
• Solving Employee Grievances, needs, wants, Employee Engagement programs like games, fun activities, Motivational programs, Diwali decorations, gift exchanges, Secret Santa, Christmas shopping, etc
• Collection of Tour Claims, Conveyance Claims, Contractors bill verification, Pantry stocks - Tea, Coffee, Snacks, water, etc
Minimum Experience - 2 Years In HR
