Source & Screen profiles from Job Portals short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Calling candidates through data and generate reference to fullfill the position.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
Design recruitment advertisements for posting in internet and other recruiting sources.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
SALARY:
Exp in Bulk Hiring: upto 10K
Exp in IT hiring: upto 15K
Work from office
Location: Vashi
Saturday half day, Sunday off,
