Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tally Software Support Executive located in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include providing technical support for Tally software, resolving software-related issues, assisting users in troubleshooting Tally-related queries, and ensuring smooth functioning of the software. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and providing effective solutions. Additionally, the individual will support database management and provide training to clients as needed.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in tally Accounting
• Strong skills in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience with Databases, including data management and optimization
• Basic understanding or experience in Sales is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Tally software or similar accounting software is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
