Job title : Product Engineer
One Line JD : Join us in building the first AI agent for e-commerce sellers.
Min Experience : 4 years
Job type : Remote with occasional travel for team meetups.

Frontend :
• Language : Typescript
• Framework : Remix (ReactJS)
Backend :
• Language : Elixir
• Framework : Phoenix
What you'll do :
• Build, maintain, and optimize complex applications using TypeScript and Elixir.
• Continuously improve performance, observability and code quality to minimize issues in production.
• Innovate on new interaction paradigms for AI agents.
• Work with the team to discover new ways to build agentic products so we can create truly autonomous AI employees.
• Pick up new technologies and contribute to more parts of the tech stack over time.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
• You have extreme ownership. If something goes wrong, you’re the one leading the charge to fix it, even if it isn't your code that broke it.
• You work hard to execute a mission you believe in. This isn’t a traditional 9-5.
• You have proven history of delivering exceptional products and features
• You are humble and nice. You got your teammates' backs like they got yours.
• You hold yourself and others to the highest standards, inspiring and challenging those around you to deliver exceptional work.
Non negotiables :
• Extreme ownership - you don't just let things slide, but you take control and maximize impact.
• REALLY good with coding in Typescript + React.
• You think functional programming is chef's kiss, and OOP is the biggest scam in engineering (after Agile).
• Polyglot and wont shy away from learning a new programming language (we use Elixir in the backend)
• You've served your time in small and high output teams. You have scars from breaking enough things in prod so you follow PDD (PTSD driven development) which is a programming methodology where your fingers automatically write bulletproof code.
