Trademarkia (www.trademarkia.com) is an established trademark services website, serving more than 100,000 customers worldwide. We are searching for 6 inbound customer service representatives who will cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shifts to assist with answering inbound emails, phone calls, and texts to Trademarkia.
You will primarily use Hubspot, and all metrics for chats and emails. Call pick-ups, emails, and chats will be tracked.
You must have exceptional written and verbal skills to qualify for this position. You must be organized, responsible, and diligent.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Salary range will be Rs 16,000 + and up for an + hour shift, depending on skills and experience.
ResponsibilitiesExceptional English skills, written and oral.Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat in English.Comfortable with American culture, norms, and work styles.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.Data entry in various platforms, including Hubspot.
QualificationsStrong written skills in English.Strong verbal skills in English.Working computer at home.At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
