The candidates may not be completely from hospital or healthcare background but should have enough experience to enter into a start up and help in making it a successful venture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Edit and create new job advertisements in several job portals and websites.
2.Contact potential candidates to hire and schedule an interview with them.
3.Create detailed reports and presentations on HR-related such as the total number of new recruitments in various departments.
4.Supply and Facilitate training materials to new employees.
Convey the job benefits and answer employee questions regarding job benefits, leaves, monthly and yearly CTC, etc
