Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Front office executive cum Administrator to organize our companys day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing basic bookkeeping services
Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipments
Printing and photocopying
Maintaining office systems
Arranging post and deliveries
Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies
Manages Vendors and Housekeeping
Arranging company's culture, events and activities both internal and external
Day to day admin activities
Must have vehicle and valid driver's licence.
