Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Revenue Operations Associate to support key processes related to revenue recognition, invoice generation, and coordination with business in a tech-oriented project-driven / profit centre-driven environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal policies, and smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the revenue recognition process, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with business teams to resolve queries related to revenue, invoicing, or financial adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with Ind AS and internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory norms while processing revenue entries / raising the invoices.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation, and promptly responding to audit queries in alignment with compliance and reporting standards
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Revenue recognition, bookkeeping & taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
