Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Engineer with expertise in deploying & managing Proofpoint solutions for Email Security . The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to mailbox submissions directly within the Email Security system and perform platform management (Proofpoint). You will be managing device security policies, compliance, and patching. Additionally, you will administer user access and role assignments across corporate systems as well as owning IT onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper hardware and user provisioning.
Desired Skills and Experience :
1. Must have 3-5 yrs of endpoint security, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management. They need their concentration areas in the following areas :
2. - SPF
3. - DKIM
4. - DMARC
5. - Email Security
6. Must have prior experience conducting reviews the effectiveness of the Email Security (Proofpoint) platform configurations to ensure they are aligned with security policies with Abnormal and / or Agari.
7. Support & help with operational administration of Email Security Platforms through :
8. Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), Domain-Based Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) advisement / implementation.
9. Documentation of standard operation processes, email flow, architecture, and supporting email security functions
10. Document gaps in the effectiveness of the in scope Email Security platform and supporting technologies e.g., DNS, Azure AD.
11. Platform tuning to contain and prevent Phishing / Malware and assist in other email security initiatives.
12. Advisement / implementation
13. Operational email request including email related anomalies
14. Assist in email security project initiatives.
15. Must have previous expereince integrating Proofpoint with Agari or Abnormal security tools.
