URGENT | US HR Operations

Job Description - US employee life cycle management • Onboarding using defined process, manage data in employee database software throughout the employee lifecycle, off board employees • Work closely with program coordinators in the United States to facilitate the above • Respond to employee queries via email and phone • Adhere to client compliance requirement and adhere to US legal requirements while working for multiple clients • SLA adherence – meet quality and turnaround time goals • Maintain and reconcile several HR systems to ensure the employee information is consistent across all systems Max Notice period :15 Days - 20 Days Skills required: · Excellent communication · Ability to work with cross functional teams · Attention to detail · Ability to multitask in high volume high speed environment. · Experience working with HR shared services or Operations process · Flexible to work in Night shift (No Rotational shift) About Pride Global • PRIDE Technologies is a Pride Global company providing Human Capital Management, BPO, and IT services to client across India and the United States.
