Job Description:
? Responsible for day to day accounting for the company as well as the clients
? Lead a team of accounting staff to ensure quality of work and implement best accounting practices.
? Responsible for finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
? Responsible for GST and Direct tax filling, including ITR for companies and individuals
? Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
? Manage team of Accountants
? Key account management (Single point of contact for key accounts/clients)
Other Responsibilities:
? Co?ordinate with vendors and other business affiliates
? Contributes in improvement of internal controls
Assists in financial planning and budgeting process for the company
? Responsible for co?ordinate with internal and external auditors for resolving queries
? Provide assistance to the team and clients in regulatory and compliance matters
Requirements:
? Hands on experience with leading accounting software(s) like Tally and Quickbooks, Cloud based software experience is a great plus
? Strong hold on taxation related matters, including various applicable taxation benefits available to startups, and MSMEs
? Understanding of accounting systems, chart of accounts, various accounting and other modules. Experience of working with leading ERP/CRM system a major plus.
? Thorough knowledge of GST required to handle GST registration and returning filling
? Minimum 3 to 5 years of post? qualification experience with a reputed CA firm
? Excellent communication skills
? Willing to work in a start? up and high paced environment
