• 2 years to 5 Years
Qualification:
• M.com, CA Inter, CA, CPA, Relevant KPO experience working with US based clients preferred
Responsibilities:
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
• Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
• AR and Revenue Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions
• Review and preparation of financial statements
• Balance financial records and check for inaccuracies
• Check for major financial issues
• Knowledge of accounting and financial software
Key Skills requirements:
• Detail Knowledge of QBO & QBD, must be QBO Certified/Advanced Certified
• Problem-solving skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting and financial software
• Willingness to stay up to date with latest accounting methods and technology’
• Excellent attention to detail
