Position: Sr. Accountant / Tax Preparer & Reviewer
Openings: 3-4 Candidates
Eligibility: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/Inter CA/CA
Experience: 2+ years’ experience in US Based Client’s Bookkeeping and Tax Filings
Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad
Job Profile:
- Bank / Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
- Loan Statement Entries and Reconciliation
- Invoice and Bill Entries & AR and AP Balance Reconciliation
- Payroll Entries and Payroll Reconciliation
- Inter-Company Balance Confirmation and Reconciliation
- Passing Year-End Adjustment Entries and Finalization of Books
- Updating Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports
- Other Bookkeeping and accounting related entries and tasks
- Prepare and Review Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), Corporation (1120 / 1120S) and Trust (1041) Tax Returns
Additional Skills: Good Communication Skill and Command over Excel is Required

Job Profile:
- Sales Tax calculation and filing
- Having knowledge of Various Forms / Schedules and Tax Reforms
- Well, an expert on research skills for completing the complex Tax Returns
- Identified and Implementation of appropriate Scope of tax saving and advise the tax planning
- Handle and resolve tax Query from their team
- Internal communication for routine queries and questions
- Manage the day to day activity and delivered the work to our Clients
- Work with Accountants on bookkeeping and review financials as well
- Provide the training to new joining
- Prepare the training material for New joining
- Help management in collecting key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist, etc. in a timely manner
