Description
1. Maintaining payroll information in ADP Portal; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
2. Mainly responsible for AR, AP, U.S. Payroll, Management reporting, Bank reconciliation, Month-end Book closings & P&L Reporting.
3. Timesheet management: timesheet follow ups before running Payroll, Invoicing, Expenses, Cash Application (Payment Apply). Thoroughly follow ups with clients on AR Aging Past Dues Invoices on regular basis. All query, Payment Escalations and Payment discrepancy handling through Emails & Phone calls with Clients at all levels.
4. Releasing payments to vendors and taking care of all AP part at all level
5. Making Journal entries in books.
6. Paid time off (PTO), Leaves, Reimbursement, any earnings or deduction from Paychecks.
7. Responsible for Tax Notices of all states in U.S.
8. Good Exposure in ADP.
9. Good Command in MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel (V-Lookup & Pivot Table)
10. Take care of PO Expiration and timely reporting to Sales Team or Account Manager for SOW or PO Expiration. Work with Account Managers to get MSA, SOW & PO Issues resolved.
11. Handling all U.S. Calls (Incoming & Outgoing) from Clients, Vendors, Consultants and higher management of Canvas, Good Exposure of Quick Book (Desktop/Online Version of Accounting Software) or any other Accounting Software.
12. Ensuring that all invoices are created in a timely manner with accuracy and submitted to the clients on their portal or over emails including manual invoicing.
13. Managing all the Collection Related Reports and are shared with Sr. management
14. Identifying Invoices which are due for payment as per the payment terms.
15. Follow up for weekly/ bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly time sheets
16. Creating all the A/P, A/R reports.
17. Reconciling payments received from client with invoiced amount.
18. Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and issues.
