We are seeking a highly skilled US Accountant specializing in Real Estate/Property Accounting with 2+ years of experience in Sage Intacct and ResMan, as well as working with US-based clients.

The Associate/Sr. Associate is responsible for performing comprehensive accounting services, including:
• E2E Bookkeeping
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Payroll services
Additionally, this role assists with monthly compilation engagements and audit preparation.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting with proven expertise in US-based Real Estate/Property Management clients using Sage Intacct software
• Strong knowledge of Rent/Lease accounting
• Prior experience in client handling
• Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as all necessary accounting software
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing financial statements and compilation reports in a timely manner based on client deadlines
• Completing month-end closing procedures and special projects within specified timeframes
• Directing client interaction as the primary point of contact
• Reviewing all workpapers, financial statements, and relevant documents before submission to management
• Assisting with the annual budget process as needed
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Taking ownership and responsibility for assigned work tasks
