Key Skills:
• Bank and CC statement entry
• Bank reconciliation and transaction auditing
• A/P and A/R management, bookkeeping entries, and closing the books
• Financial reporting and analysis
• General Ledger and monthly financial reports
• Month end close and debit/credit general journal entries
• Cash flow management and vendor/customer account reconciliation
• Bi-weekly payroll processing and QuickBooks entries
• Chart of Accounts review and updates
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• End-to-end accounting experience
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with business owners and establish trusted relationships
