· US Staffing Domain
· Must be open to work in Night-Shifts
· QuickBooks Online experience is required
Responsibility
· US Accounting, Quickbook, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable
· Under general supervision, create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Desktop
· Set invoices up for payment.
· Invoice customers. Upon approval, distribute invoices to customers via email or mail.
· Enter and upload invoices
· Ability to Reconcile accounts
· Bookkeeping
