I am seeking a U.S.-based business partner to assist in setting up a U.S. business bank account and payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for my U.S. LLC, FamilyNest Hub. This role offers 5% equity in the company for a 5-year term.
Responsibilities:
• Open a U.S. business bank account for FamilyNest Hub LLC.
• Set up payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for online transactions.
• Serve as an authorized representative of the company for banking and payment-related tasks.
Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. resident or citizen.
• Experience in business banking and payment processing is a plus.
• Willing to be listed as an authorized representative in the LLC Operating Agreement.
