The applicable base salary range for this role is $240,000 to $360,000
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives

Job description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our US & Canada Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in any of our major US offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a key member of the US&C Career Practice, you will drive our mission to redefine the world of work and lead transformative initiatives in HR digital transformation across the United States and Canada.

We will count on you to:
• Deliver on the US and Canada External Market and Client Agenda by executing global strategies and establishing Mercer as the premier provider of HR digital transformation services.
• Drive innovation in HR transformation, focusing on RPA/AI, organizational change management, data analytics, and design thinking, while overseeing the integration of Mercer's comprehensive portfolio into HR Digital Transformation offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, technology vendors, and industry partners, while leading sales efforts and representing HR Digital Transformation in the market.
• Guide successful HR technology deployments across various platforms, including WDAY technology implementation, and lead a high-performing team of HR transformation experts.
