Job Title: Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter (US Staffing)
Work Location: Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, Begumpet, Hyderabad
Work timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
Experience required: 2-8 years of experience (Relevant)
Salary range: Top Tier Pay + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Engineering requirements.
β’ As a US Staffing professional specializing in VMS MSP, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework.
β’ Managing candidate submissions, interview coordination, and feedback collection within the VMS/MSP framework
β’ Source candidates through Application tracking system, including job boards, social media, and networking.
β’ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
β’ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively source talent.
β’ Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent by attending conferences, summits, social media campaigns etc.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience as a recruiter, in Engineering sectors - Energy, Oil & Gas requirements.
β’ Experience in Headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Demonstrated interest in working towards revenue targets.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β’ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn RPS etc.
