We are seeking a highly skilled US Property Accountant (Financial Professional) to join our team.

• Total experience in US Property Accounting: 2+ years
• Experience in Sage Intacct/AppFolio: required
• Experience in Quickbooks: preferred
• Current Location: open to remote or Gurgaon/Hyderabad
• Current CTC: competitive
• Expected CTC: negotiable
• Notice Period: flexible
Location: Remote or Gurgaon/Hyderabad
Experience: Total 2+ years in US Accounting + Property/Rent Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable/payable
• Process daily payments for US clients
• Prepare and review daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for clients
Requirements:
• Proficient in Sage Intacct/AppFolio
• Knowledge of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business
• Knowledge of property/rent management business
• Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting
• Familiarity with financial statements and bookkeeping
• Good grasp of financial data and US accounting principles
Skills Required:
• At least 2 years of experience
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Flexible and practical in work approach
• Trustworthy with confidential information
• Confident in supporting high-level company staff and board members
