Job Responsibilities:
• Take care of the End-to-End recruitment cycle.
• Understand the job requirement in depth to match the US clients' requirements.
• Identify candidates with the right skills to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Responsible for Sourcing, Screening candidates through major job boards.
• Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates over the call.
• Submitting candidates’ resumes to the team leaders for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Ensuring that the candidate’s resume appropriately reflects his/her experience with the client.
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
• Able to close the clients’ requirements on time.
• Should be able to maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
Desired Candidate Skills:
• Hardworking, Focused, and Keen to learn.
• Winning Mindset with Good Attitude.
• Have the ability to manage time efficiently and have an ethical approach with quality of service in mind.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced with a minimum of 1 Year to 3 Years.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. (English Required).
• Good Knowledge of MS Office and general proficiency with computers.
