US HR Executive
Shift: Night
Timing for Male: any time between (6 pm to 6 am) +.5-hour shift, Time will be decided by Management.
Timing for Female: 8 pm to 5:30 am
Location- Indore (On-site)
5 days working (Sat-Sun off)
Job Description:
· Prepare candidates for the interview to give them an edge over other staffing agencies’ candidates and share feedback
· Strong induction to make them feel welcomed in the organization
· Act as an auditor to ensure complete & authentic documents are collected & processed for payroll
· To be the single point of contact for the contractors
· Employee connect, retention & handling terminations
· Grievance handling
· Health benefits offering &
· Employee background verification
Requirements:
· Any Graduate
· Must have excellent communication skills.
· Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Good Team player.
