Position: US Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 2–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate experience, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities including documentation, reference checks, and background verification.
Keep ATS and recruitment reports updated and accurate.
Stay current with labor market trends and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2–6 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
Strong domain knowledge in recruiting for Light Industrial, Telecom, Engineering, Automobile, and Manufacturing roles.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
Understanding of US hiring laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
