Shift Timing: - 6.30PM To 3.30AM (Night Shift)
Job Description
• Dealing with Tier-1, Tier -2 Vendors MSA (Master Service Agreements).
• Handling Vendors documentations and contracts.
• Taking care of all NCA and NDA’s. Working on Purchase Orders.
• Verifying all NCA and NDA and all other Payment or other important clauses.
• Making and Maintain Good relationship with vendor companies.
• Playing as a key role in all for initial steps into making paper works as much possible with acceptable clauses for both parties US Consultant’s Database updating from induction to engagement to exit.
• Ensure Timely & Error Free processing of Payroll & Payments Maintain manual and computer-based records of All (W2/C2C/10++) Consultants Perform additional task as required.
• Responsible for getting & maintaining the Updated Agreements from vendors and Sub Vendors.
• Responsible for Invoicing the Prime Vendors & getting the Invoices along with the Approved Timesheets from Sub Vendors for their Consultants.
• Responsible for maintaining good relation with Prime Vendors, Sub Vendors and Clients.
• Responsible for gathering Client Approved Time Sheets from the consultant’s & maintaining the records of them.
• Responsible for maintaining records of the Hours of the consultants have worked from the Start Date to the End Date of their Projects.
• Responsible for auditing all the records to make sure we are in compliance as per the Company norms. Follow up with vendors for Payables and Receivables.
• Generating Invoices.
• Taking care of Consultants timesheets and invoices are sent to the Vendors. Contacting Consultants and Vendors for their timesheets and payments.
• Taking care of Consultants Expenses and Payments.
• Ability to handle consultants, vendors and clients. Ensure smooth running of the accounts receivables and follow up on overdue accounts. Ability to work in EST timings
