Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US Property Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, processing daily payments for US clients, and preparing daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of financial data and US accounting principles, as well as proficiency in Sage Intacct/AppFolio software. Knowledge of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business is also essential.
Beyond technical skills, we require strong communication and organizational abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and payable

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in US Property Accounting

• Flexible and practical in work approach
