The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert accounting services to US property clients using Sage Intacct and AppFolio software.
• Proficient in Sage Intacct and AppFolio software
• Knowledge of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business
• Understanding of property management principles
• Familiarity with financial statements and bookkeeping
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Process daily payments for US clients
The ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in US accounting and property management
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Be a self-starter who takes initiative
• Be flexible and practical in their work approach
• Be trustworthy with confidential information
• Confident in supporting high-level company staff and board members
