• Assist in the preparation of US Corporate tax returns.
• Prepare form T2200’s Canadian tax forms for Canada employees.
• Assist with various US States and Federal reporting.
• Research Federal and State tax issues and assist in the development of ongoing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Support global transfer pricing analysis – country by country reporting reports.
• Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce processing time.
• Respond to customer or vendor inquiries concerning the application of tax.
• Assist with deemed inclusion calculations.
• Streamline tax compliance process and implement system improvements
What You Will Likely Bring
• 1- 3 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
What Will Set You Apart
• Proficient in General Ledger Accounting
• 1- 2 years of US corporate tax work experience
• Advanced computer skills with a proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with macros, power query will be a plus
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Co-pilot to improve business workflows
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
