We are currently expanding our team and are seeking talented U.S. Tax and Accounting Professionals to join us.
Position Overview: We are looking for skilled U.S. Tax and Accounting Professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting principles, along with hands-on experience in tax preparation and accounting functions. This role is essential for supporting our clients’ financial and tax needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• U.S. Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file U.S. federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and entities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and related documentation.
• Accounting Duties:
Maintain and reconcile financial records, including general ledger accounts.
Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and provide tax and accounting advice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective service delivery.
• Audit Support:
Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Respond to audit queries and provide necessary information.
• Research and Analysis:
Stay current with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or EA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. tax and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
