Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare/review federal & state tax returns
• Conduct comprehensive tax research and resolve complex issues
• Review workpapers and financial statements to ensure accuracy
• Support client relationships through exceptional service
• Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in US tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of US federal & state tax laws
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Public accounting experience
• Knowledge of partnership allocations, corporate tax, and multi-state filings
