Role Summary:
The US Taxation Accountant will manage and oversee the company’s tax-related matters, including preparation, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of US tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
• Maintain and update tax records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting and audits.
• Address tax-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues with tax authorities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in US taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software and accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
