Inbound Voice and Chat Customer Support. Resolving Customer queries on Crypto Currency related concerns. Assisting US Customers on Voice and Chats on Taxation and Crypto related queries.
Desired Candidate Profile :
US Taxation or US Banking experience Mandatory. Min HSC + 1 yr experience or Graduate with 1 yr of US taxation/ Banking experience. Flexiblity in working for 247 shift. rotational week Offs.
