Roles Responsibilities:
Review and file business tax returns i.e. Form 1065, and 1120
Preparation of various foreign forms (5471, 5472, 8858, and 8865
Research on various complex tax topics on case-to-case basis
Keeping up to date with changes in major tax laws, both at IRS and state level
Drafting replies for Tax Notices and compiling required documents, including calling state tax authorities as well as IRS, in case needed
Preparation and filing of 10++ Forms for various accounting clients at the yearend
Setting up systems and processes to expand tax department operations
Education Qualification
M.com/CA Inter/ CA/ CPA
Experience:
Min 03 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Location:
Work from Home. (Entire-India).
Work from Office (Udaipur, Rajasthan).
Skills:
Communication and team handling skills
Leadership skills,
Analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking
Using system data, prepare tax adjustment work papers to support federal & state positions taken on income tax returns. Sound knowledge of preparing Form 1065, and Form 1120.
Use tax software to assist in preparing federal & state income tax returns to be filed, and any electronic filing as needed.
Assist in the preparation of state apportionment.
Perform self-review of work
Assisting in the quarterly US tax line calculations for current and deferred income taxes
May include and hoc tax technical research on various tax projects.
Utilizing excel capabilities to automate existing tax calculations.
Commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
