User Operations Intern
Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd. Century City, Los Angeles 90067
(5 days onsite, optional Friday remote)
About This Role
Bigo Live is looking for a User Management intern to join our user team! A successful candidate will be dependable in delivery and reliable in knowledge. If you have a drive for business intelligence and insights beyond the given information you will excel at this role.
Internship length: at least 6 months as a full-time intern with the opportunity to convert to full-time employees based on performance and headcount
Responsibilities
• Conducting user analysis (Field study, Phone call interview), assisting the team to improve the current SVIP program
• IOS app store review (try to troubleshoot timely, and customized service case by case regarding different users)
• SVIP Event creation, poster design
• Responsible for merch operations to help with shipping and coordinating packages
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in communication, Marketing, or any related majors
• Understand and be able to use data to support business decisions
• Versatility in focus and coordination with other team members
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles and a good multi-tasker
