Roles and responsibilities
Candidate should have experience in api- pharmaceutical industries.
2Carryout the qualification/ requalification of hvac system, water treatments
Plant , process utility equipment’s
3Candidate should have the experience in operation & maintenance of utility
Equipment ( air compressor, chiller ( water chiller & brine chiller) , n2 plant,
& cooling tower) and water system ( potable water system & purified water
System)
4Candidate should have experience in validation of compressed air, nitrogen
System and purified water system.
5Candidate should have experience in safety work permit system and
Documents
6Candidate should have experience in preventive maintenance for utility
Equipment’s
7Candidate should have knowledge on as built p&id, equipment layout &
Facility layout for documentation and qualification.
8Candidate should have experience in performance monitoring for all utility
Equipment’s.
+Candidate should knowledge on the regulatory guideline such as iso, usp
And who
10Added advantage if candidate faced any audits ( customer/ regulatory)
11Candidate should have experience the cooling tower and water system water
Quality analysis and maintenance.
12Candidate should have knowledge of inventory maintenance for utility system.
