Job Description for Senior Accountant (Male) : -
Department: - Accounts & Finance
Reporting to: - Accounts & Finance Head
Key responsibilities: -
It involves the preparation of financial statements, giving advice on accounting systems, budgets, management information.
Prepare Profit and Loss statements and monthly closing of account and cost accounting reports.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general, payment, receipt, sales and purchase of accounts.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Facilitate Vendor Management and Vendor Payments.
Taxation: -
Preparing and ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and filing of returns.
Must give expert advice on tax matters including tax planning, examining Computations and designing methods of tax savings.
Facilitating Auditors and Due Diligence.
Skills: -
Computer literacy (Tally ERP +.0, Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
Good experience with accounts/finance both up to account finalisation
Finalisation of GST and all govt related compliances
Pref - export/manufacturing experience
Key Performance: -
Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets reviewing and verifying accuracy of data managing strategic compliances within time frames.
